In the past few weeks the Historical Society Museum has had a major facelift. Many items were put in storage when AHS learned that the Chamber of Commerce would be taking over the two front rooms of the building. While everything was moved or stored, it seemed like a good idea to put some historic colors on the walls so that pictures and paintings really stand out.  You will find Summer Spice in the front room,

Nuthatch Blue in another room    features the Wallace Bros with Nascar, the flood pictures and President Bill Clinton arriving on the Fox football field. The 1976 and 2001 capsules and the  contents that were in each capsule show what has happened over a 25 year period.

Wild sage with dried thyme shows off various parade pictures. The desk is a donation from Daniel Jones & Associates.

and Traditional Yellow in the kitchen accented with Rare Gold in areas where adjustable shelving has been installed to hold some of the items.
